This 722sq/m fit out within a completely refurbished heritage building was a unique project due to the beautiful building characteristics which including 4m ceilings, baye windows with a continuous view overlooking Flinders Street that extends across all 3 different building façades. The designers drew inspiration from the client’s logo playing on various angles throughout the floorplate whilst maintaining a high-quality finish that aligns with Atlas Arteria as a organisation. The fitout features terrazzo tiles in FOH waiting area where clients can enjoy the beautiful outlook of Federation square, exposed ceilings with copper detailing, various touchdown workpoints to promote a flexible work environment, large breakout with stunning cooper accents and multiple formal and informal meeting rooms and collaboration zones.
