FujiFilm Business Innovation Australia have taken over the lease of the ex-Virgin Headquarters in Bowen Hills, QLD. Due to the newly fitted out building, the design strategy for this project was to retain as much of the existing layout where possible. This not only saved the client on costs it also assisted with getting their staff into their new headquarters more efficiently. Over the three floors, the 3,000 sq/m tenancy is now the centralised headquarters for Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia, that features a brand-new showroom to display their products, specialist CodeBlue service centre, breakout spaces across all levels, various meeting rooms and collaboration zones to encourage flexible working conditions with the open plan workstation design.
