FujiFilm Business Innovation Australia had to undertake a full make good of the 8,000 sq/m industrial eco manufacturing facility at their Rosehill facility. The make good requirements including an entire strip out of the production area, wide format, offices, racking, insulated wall panelling, line marking and making good all mechanical, electrical and fire services back to vacant base building conditions. An initiative that was adopted for this project was diversion of landfill which realised 94.18 tonnes of mixed waste/cool room panels, 3.54 tonnes of concrete diverting from landfill & 50.52 tonnes of steel sent to recycling facilities.
