Growland are property developers that were looking to consolidate two separate companies at two separate locations into one office space. InitialCap were engaged to project manage and assist with the accommodation search, from beginning of design right and also Principal Contractor to complete the fitout to end of DLP period.  The design included front of house with high design look and feel, with two breakout areas, partitioned offices around the perimeter and a number of meeting rooms as well as a specialty tea room. A feng shui consultant was also brought in to ensure the design was correct. The client was budget conscious and therefore we were able to collaborate with the client and consultants to value manage the design.
