Delaware North appointed InitialCap for the construction and fitout of Little Pope. We were able to work with our client to value manage various items as this was designed in 2022, however to ensure that the project met budget and extreme tight timeline, this was achieved and was open in time for the busy trading period for travel over the Christmas/New Year break.
