InitialCap were engaged by Delaware North as Principal Consultant and Principal Contractor for the fitout of The Local Taphouse tenancy. This is one of the largest tenancies within The Square at Qantas Terminal 1 and it offers sweeping views of the airfield.. There is seating all around the bar as well as outside the tenancy with a fully serviced kitchen at the rear. It is the perfect place to watch the planes depart and arrive as you grab a drink or bite to eat. To ensure that the 60 taps are available, a cool room and separate keg room were upgraded and refurbished to bring this up to standard and compliance.
