Initial Capital Projects was appointed by Cater Care Retail Pty Limited from the beginning of the design process right through to the construction of three tenancies at Sydney International Airport, Terminal 1.

The project was completed within a 16 week timeframe which included demo of certain areas and then a full fitout.
