Cater Care Retail Pty Limited appointed Initial Capital Projects as Principle Consultant and Contractor for the fitout of three tenancies at Sydney International Airport Terminal 1. InitialCap were involved from the initial design concept right through to construction. Along with Oporto, the other two tenancies included Betty’s Burgers and Mad Mex.  The approval process was quite extensive as it required approval from various stakeholders including our client, brand partner and Sydney Airport.

The previous tenancy was a chicken outlet which meant that it was a total refresh of both FOH and BOH areas.
