InitialCap were appointed by Delaware North for the fitout of four brand new tenancies at Qantas Terminal 1 at Melbourne Airport. We were engaged from the design documentation stage right to the end of construction and DLP.
The space was an empty shell and therefore a brand new fitout was required to match their flagship bakery and café in Sout Yarra.
Rustica provides signature baked goods, delicious coffee, delightful sandwich and salad options. The project took 12 weeks which included materials and equipment sourced both local and overseas.
