InitialCap’s role was the Principal Contractor to represent The Skin Bar throughout the construction and delivery of their incredible fitout. Works included all services, partitions, ceiling, doors, joinery, painting, flooring, window coverings, CCTV, external and internal signage. InitialCap were able to complete the works early and within the budgeted amount.

InitialCap was committed to partnering with Design Studio 407 to ensure the design encompassed high quality finishes in line with the approved design by The Skin Bar, whilst providing an exciting space for both customers and employees to thrive in.
